We Are FPE Alumni!
The FPE Alumni Association was born on June 23, 2001, a few years after the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, was established. Comprising former students with a shared vision, we aimed to reconnect and support our institution’s development. The initial years witnessed numerous meetings to solidify our presence.
Recognition arrived on October 16, 2002, when Mr. Ademola Fabiyi’s NEC assumed leadership. This marked the start of our awareness campaign, including the construction of eight public toilets for the polytechnic community, a testament to our dedication.
Transition to the next NEC faced election coordination challenges, leading to the Alumni Steering Committee’s formation, chaired by Alhaji Oladosu Babson. They reconciled differences and resolved constitutional ambiguities, forming the Unified National Executive Council.
It is with great pleasure and utmost humility that I welcome you all to the official Website of our great Association.
My primary focus is to build on the existing platform and foster a unified force for the development of our Alma Mater and our personal growth, as well as fulfilling our promises to the rising Great Fedpoledians who continually look up to us for guidance and support.
